PAYMENT TERMS
For offers purchased online, you must provide a valid credit card or other payment method (e.g., PayPal account) to pay for your purchases. Some offers are available as a one-time purchase, and others can be purchased on a payment plan, payable in multiple installments. You agree that You Wealth Revolution has permission to retain and/or share with financial institutions and payment processing firms (including any institutions or firms we retain in the future) your submitted payment information in order to process your purchase. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, including because of exchange rates. You Wealth Revolution does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment. All payments are processed in USD. If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel or downgrade your account to a charge-free account, you authorize You Wealth Revolution to continue billing your credit card and/or PayPal account and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment plan payment does not process to the payment method originally provided, You Wealth Revolution reserves the right to charge any other payment method recorded on your account in order to collect outstanding payments due. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase.
CUSTOMER REMEDY
Our company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products or the products offered and sold by our third-party Presenters.
