Hemp milk is a delicious, creamy, and healthy dairy alternative that you can easily make at home. . It’s extremely easy to make and less expensive than store bought, too!
Hemp milk is a nutritious and delicious plant-milk that contains about 7g of plant-protein per cup, plus a variety of vitamins, mineral and healthy fats, including omega-3s.
In addition to being creamier than store-bought hemp milk, it is a higher quality option. Store-bought hemp milk often contains a variety of preservatives, thickeners, and fillers, not to mention added sugar. . Requiring only 2 minutes to prepare, whipping this up is a lot faster than a trip to the grocery store!
This homemade hemp milk should last about 5 days in the refrigerator in a covered container.
